BoldMove Unveils World's First Spinfinity Splash Coaster as Rally Flåklypa Earns Industry Honors
BoldMove Nation used IAAPA Expo Europe in London to unveil a new water coaster project for France's O'Gliss Park while also receiving industry recognition for its recently opened Rally Flåklypa dark ride at Hunderfossen Eventyrpark in Norway.
The Belgium-based attractions company and O'Gliss Park revealed new details about Manakai – Typhoon Coaster, a Spinfinity Splash Coaster scheduled to open at the French water park in 2028.
During a press conference at the trade show, the companies unveiled the attraction's name, storyline and scale model. Billed as the first Spinfinity Splash Coaster, Manakai will combine coaster elements with controlled spinning vehicles, water features, special effects and themed environments.
The ride will feature face-to-face seating, with the attraction's aquatic theme extending through the queue, station and ride experience.
BoldMove also left the London show with several awards for Rally Flåklypa, a media-based trackless dark ride that opened this summer at Hunderfossen Eventyrpark in Norway.

Rally Flåklypa received the Park World Excellence Award for Best Dark Ride or Media-Based Experience of the Year. The Rogue Rides trackless ride system used in the attraction received a Highly Recommended designation in the Best Product Innovation category.
The attraction was also named Europe's Best New Indoor Attraction for 2026 in the European Star Awards.
Built inside an existing structure with limited available space, Rally Flåklypa combines Rogue Rides trackless vehicles with animated media produced by Qvisten Animation, physical scenery by Kabuki and interactive elements.
Based on the Norwegian Flåklypa universe, the attraction places riders in the middle of a racing storyline. Multiple projection surfaces are synchronized with the movement of the ride vehicles, while physical sets and media transitions are used to move guests between scenes.
Park World Excellence Awards Jury President Marcus Gaines said judges were particularly impressed with the attraction's use of a relatively compact space and the synchronization between its projections and trackless vehicles.
The recognition comes during Rally Flåklypa's first operating season at Hunderfossen, while the Manakai project gives BoldMove another major European installation scheduled for the coming years.
