Two Internal Promotions Strengthen Leadership Team
CandyMachines.com is pleased to recognize the outstanding contributions of two long-standing team members whose leadership, performance, and commitment to the company’s mission have earned them expanded roles.
- Chis Birch has been promoted to Director of Operations. In this role, Chris will oversee the day to day operations of the company, leading initiatives to further enhance shipping and receiving, product development and customer support. Since re-joining the company in 2023, Chris has been instrumental in year over year growth and maintaining strategic partnerships that contribute to company-wide success.
- Katy Saunders has been promoted to Chief of Staff, where she will support the company’s efforts in Human Resources and Customer and Employee experience. Known for her outgoing personality and proven record in building company culture, Katy continues to play a critical role in driving company success, both internally and externally.

Two New Hires Join to Enhance Capabilities Across Key Areas
In addition to internal growth, the company is pleased to welcome two new hires who bring valuable experience and fresh perspectives to the organization.
- Marlee Luttrell joins as Director of eCommerce. With a background in eCommerce for start up businesses and digital marketing, Marlee will focus on all aspects of our online stores, supporting the company’s efforts to expand our product catalogue and ensure functionality and seamless
integrations and improvements to our company site. - Tyler Gettinger has been appointed Machine Support Specialist. Being a street operator of over 40 machines, Tyler brings extensive experience in claw machine management, and will contribute to customer support, helping drive improvements in machine support.
