Disneyland and California Theme Parks may Reopen April 1
Rides 4U - New & Used Rides
BREAKING NEWS - Under new guidelines announced today, Disneyland and other theme parks in California will be allowed to reopen on April 1.  During a conference call today, Dr. Mark Ghaly, secretary of Health and Human Services stated that theme parks will be allowed to open at 15% capacity.

While the news is certainly welcomed and a step in the right direction, there will be additional restrictions in place.  Theme parks will only be allowed to open outdoor rides and attendance will be limited to California residents.  Rides that transition into a building for a brief period of time may be allowed to open if the attraction meets certain building capacity and time limitations.

Theme park restaurants may reopen for outdoor dining while indoor dining rooms must remain closed.

It is unknown if fairs and carnivals will fall under these new guidelines.
