Manufacturers, Suppliers, Employees, Fairs and Festivals: Sign the H-2B Petition Today
Update on the current H-2B Seasonal Labor Situation & Washington DC Rally
Rides 4U - New & Used Rides
If you are a manufacturer or supplier to the amusement industry and the success of your business relies on the health and strength of the mobile amusement industry, please take a moment to sign our H-2B petition to President Trump asking for the release of the additional 69,320 H-2B visas that congress gave the Department of Homeland Security the discretionary authority to release.  Without a labor solution for this year and a fix for the future, many carnivals cannot even think about investing substansial money into their company are in the mindset of basic survival.

If you are a American employee of an amusement company who uses H-2B labor to supplement the domestic workforce, please sign the petition.

If you are a supporter of the amusement industry and want to see it grow and prosper, please sign the petition.

If you are a fair, festival, or event and work with a carnival company, please sign the petition.  Even if your amusement company does not currently use H-2B workers, it is still important that you sign the petition because with a tight labor market, there is a strong change that they too will need temporary seasonal help in the near future.

Please like, share and tweet all of your friends, coworkers, and family members to also sign the petition.  It only takes one minute of your time.

H-2B Update
As of March 27, no official announcement on when or if DHS Secretary Nielsen will release the additional visas.  There have been rumors of release dates, however, nothing has officially been announced.

Seasonal Employment Release the Visas Rally
The Seasonal Employment Alliance has organized a rally in Washington DC to generate media coverage, congressional and administration support, for short term and long-term H-2B visa solutions.  This is a very busy time of the year for most carnivals and seasonal businesses, however, if you can attend, it is highly recommended.

Rep. Billy Long (R-MO) and Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA) have agreed to speak. Rep. Andy Harris (R-MD) is also expected to attend but will confirm next week. We will announce additional speakers as they confirm.
